LorimorGallery.com is a online fine art gallery I built in December of 2007. The site represents only the best in photography art.

While I offer custom website applications and solutions, many of my customer may still find the offering by Shopify.com as easy fit for their company. Shopify does e-commence right, at at least the best shop administration I have seen. They make it easy to manage a store. They are also offering a free trail period which gives me a good venue to test the photography market within Shopify own “marketplace”.

There is a caveat or two. though.

Shopify says it’s easy to make a web store; however, you may struggle to find designer capable of creating an original shop design. More specifically, you or your web designer will need to know “Ruby on Rails” and “Liquid” programming to accomplish this.

Shoot an email off to me if you are interested in a Shopify web store. I would be glad to answer any questions about my experiences using the service.

On this day, October 11th, 2007, I announced to the world Qspell.com is open and ready for your use. Qspell is an online application that simply harnesses your browser’s own ability to check spelling.

I developed Qspell myself using Ruby on Rails. The full story behind Qspell can be read at the link below:

The story behind Qspell

Or you may visit the Qspell.com website and give it whirl. Let us know what you think by email.

Go directly to Qspell.com

On this day, October 6, 2007, I declare LorimorStudios.com is finished and open for business, so to speak. A lot of hours went into creating this site. There are sure to be some after the launch surprises. I would appreciate if you would let me know about them by email. I then will be able to quickly get any wrinkles ironed out.

This site is also partly a blog. I plan to post recent news in this section and keep you all up-to-date on my current photography and website projects.

And finally, thanks for coming by. I hope you will enjoy my site.
